Community 43 strives to increase meaningful opportunities and end economic isolation for those most in need of mental health support.
We accomplish this by focusing on three primary goals: supporting overall wellness, building healthy community, and creating purpose.
People with mental health conditions are served with dignity and respect. They are treated as equals at every stage of their participation in the community’s System of Care.
The Community 43 System of Care is a comprehensive approach that combines medical, psychiatric, and social interventions. These interventions are founded on compassion and empowerment.
Strength-based. Everyone – no matter their diagnosis – has something to contribute to the community. By focusing on strengths and opportunities, members experience a sense of belonging, build self-esteem, and develop positive work ethic.
