The work ordered day revolves around four distinctive units: Culinary, Home & Garden, Creative Design and Connections and Resources. Members and staff work side by side as colleagues contributing to the day to day operations of the clubhouse. The work is meaningful, member driven, and essential to the clubhouse; relying on the strengths of our members and reflecting the belief that everyone has something to contribute.

The Clubhouse work-ordered day helps members develop job-ready skills, confidence, and routines that support employment readiness and long-term workforce engagement.

Consistent community connection, daily structure, and recovery support help members maintain stability, navigate challenges, and sustain independent or supported housing.

Members are active participants, not patients , building relationships, contributing to shared work, and strengthening their role in the broader community.
