Community Integration Initiative

Community 43 advances Arizona’s behavioral health priorities through the Clubhouse model by strengthening workforce participation, supporting housing stability, and fostering full community integration for adults living with mental illness.

Strength Through Community

Through lifelong membership, meaningful work, and peer support, members build daily structure, develop transferable skills, and increase readiness for employment and independent living. By reducing isolation and promoting sustained recovery, Community 43 contributes to healthier individuals, stronger communities, and a more resilient behavioral health system across Arizona.
